I want to disable i tunes from opening automatically on my mac. I disabled it when i place cds now when i download music online it opens my download folder then downloads, once complete it opens i tunes to play it. this is very annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

If you are using Safari:
Go to the preferences panel (cmd ,) and under the general tab, un-check open safe files. That will stop it from opening the music when you download it.
